The project planning division is vital to the Department of Construction and Projects. This division works on developing and implementing effective investment plans and designing suitable construction projects to meet the needs and goals of the organization. The staff in this division consists of two units: the investment plan unit and the design unit. Each unit comprises experienced engineers with different specialties, such as architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering.
