• Improving lighting: Installing energy-efficient LED lighting to ensure sufficient and comfortable illumination.
The bathroom works included:
• Plumbing replacement: Installing new pipes and sanitary fittings to ensure systems operate properly and leak-free.
• Ceramics and flooring renewal: Using high-quality, water-resistant materials to provide a clean and safe environment.
• Improving ventilation systems: Installing modern exhaust fans ensures good ventilation and reduces humidity.
• Installing water-saving units: Using water-efficient fixtures to conserve water resources.
The storage works included:
• Space organization: Enhancing the arrangement of shelves and drawers to ensure optimal space use and ease of access to stored materials.
• Renewing floors and walls: Using moisture and fire-resistant materials to ensure storage safety.
• Improving lighting systems: Installing sufficient and energy-efficient lighting to ensure clear visibility inside the storage.
This fruitful collaboration has led to a significant improvement in the Consulting Office’s facilities, contributing to providing a comfortable and safe work environment for employees. The updated infrastructure also helps in increasing work efficiency and productivity.
This project represents a successful model of collaboration between different departments within the university to achieve the goals of infrastructure improvement and service level enhancement. Through these joint efforts, the university reaffirms its commitment to providing the best conditions for its employees and continuously enhancing the work environment.
