Dr. Oday Hammoudi, Head of the Construction and Projects Department, accompanied by Dr. Venus Suleiman, a member of the University's Aesthetic Committee, conducted an inspection visit to the College of Civil Engineering to follow up on the ongoing renovation works. The delegation was received by Dr. Wael Shouki, the Administrative Assistant of the College of Civil Engineering, in the presence of members of the Supervisory and Execution Committee and the Advisory Committee, including Engineer Wissan Abdullah and Professor Abdulaziz Ahmed Hamad.
The purpose of the visit was to monitor the progress of the renovation works and ensure compliance with the approved technical and engineering standards. During the inspection tour, the team reviewed the major achievements made so far and discussed the challenges facing the work teams, along with potential solutions to ensure the project remains on schedule.
At the conclusion of the visit, emphasis was placed on the importance of conducting the works at times that do not interfere with the educational process within the college, while also adhering to the project timeline to ensure the renovation is completed on time, contributing to the provision of an optimal learning environment for both students and faculty members.
