Rehabilitation of Architecture Department Bathrooms
The engineering team in the Construction and Projects Department made tremendous efforts to comprehensively rehabilitate the Architecture Department's bathrooms. This process involved several stages of planning and execution aimed at improving and updating the bathroom infrastructure to meet the needs of students and staff.
In the first stage, the engineering team conducted a comprehensive study of the current condition of the bathrooms, identifying problems, deficiencies, and areas needing improvement and development. Based on the results of this study, a detailed action plan was formulated, outlining the necessary steps for the complete rehabilitation of the bathrooms.
The second stage commenced with the implementation of the prepared plan, where the engineering team renewed the infrastructure of the bathrooms, including water pipes, sewage, and ventilation. High-quality materials and modern techniques were used to ensure sustainable performance and durability.
In the final stage, finishing and decorative works for the bathrooms were carried out, carefully selecting designs and materials to ensure aesthetics and comfort for users. Modern equipment and additional facilities were installed to enhance the user experience.
The rehabilitation process was executed excellently according to the specified timelines, completing it on schedule and within a suitable budget. This process was a model of effective organization and planning, contributing to efficiently achieving the outlined goals.
Thanks to the engineering team's efforts, the bathrooms of the Architecture Department are now considered modern and advanced facilities that perfectly meet the needs and aspirations of users.

Rehabilitation Works for the Adjacent Inquiries Office Building to the Student Dorms
The Department of Construction and Projects has carried out comprehensive rehabilitation works for the Inquiries Office building adjacent to the Student Dorms, to improve its condition and prepare it for effective use. These works included several steps and measures, including:
- Rehabilitation of the Inquiries office room involved removing the old tiles and damaged white layer and treating termite infestation by drilling and injecting walls and floors with a viral pesticide. Plastering with gypsum was then carried out, followed by applying tiles to the floor, in addition to installing a fire-resistant gypsum board partition.
- Demolition of the concrete in the corridors leading to the Inquiries office, side and rear corridors, reaching the bathroom.
- Rehabilitation of the bathroom, including removing the bathroom floor and wall ceramics, installing a heavy-duty drainage network, and applying Spanish ceramics to the floor and walls.
- Maintenance of doors and windows through repair and painting.
- Comprehensive electrical works, including connecting, wiring, and installing indoor and outdoor lighting, air conditioning units, and relocating the camera rack.
All these works were carried out with high quality and under the supervision of a specialized team, contributing to the improvement and renewal of the Information Office building and preparing it for comfortable and safe use.
