The Department of Construction and Projects has successfully executed a comprehensive rehabilitation process for the Communication Engineering garage. The following steps were undertaken:
- The garage floor was dismantled and removed until the damaged sewage pipes were reached.
- The laying, connection, and installation of heavy sewer pipes were carried out using plastic pipes with all attachments, and the process also included connecting them to manholes.
- The old manhole and its frame were removed, and a new plastic manhole cover was installed.
-
The sub-base layer's preparation, leveling, and adjustment were accomplished using a site leveler.
-
A nylon layer was laid, followed by pouring reinforced stamped concrete using ready-mix concrete and welded wire mesh (BRC), using SBR material, and creating joints using cork.
- Pieces of kerbstones were installed with paint.
- Daily site cleaning was ensured during the work period, with no work residues left for the next day.
These tasks were carried out with high professionalism and per technical specifications, ensuring the quality and durability of the structure at every step.
