Additionally, three layers of flat coat material have been applied to the foundation to provide insulation and protection against moisture, enhancing the building's resistance to environmental factors and preventing water seepage.

A team of specialized engineers conducts daily supervision of the project implementation, ensuring that all works conform to the required technical standards and engineering specifications, in addition to performing regular inspections to guarantee the quality and safety of the work.
