The Construction and Projects Department has commenced the construction of the emergency staircase in the Control and Systems Engineering College building. The Construction and Projects Department is undertaking the rehabilitation of the garden located between the University Theatre and the Central Library. This project aims to improve and renew the facilities and environment surrounding the garden, and it has gone through three main phases.

 

Phase One: Rehabilitation of the Memorial
This phase of the completed work involved repairing and restoring the damaged parts of the memorial located in the garden. It was cleaned and repainted to enhance its appearance and highlight its historical and cultural significance.

 

Phase Two: Rehabilitation of the Fountain
This phase of the completed work involved repairing and reactivating the fountain, and cleaning its internal and external parts. This phase aims to restore beauty and vitality to the garden by ensuring the continuous operation of the fountain.

 

Phase Three: Rehabilitation of the Remaining Parts of the Garden and Green Spaces
This phase of the ongoing work aims to improve the overall environment of the garden and provide comfortable and attractive green spaces for students and visitors.

 

The garden rehabilitation project between the University Theatre and the Central Library reflects the Construction and Projects Department's commitment to improving the university environment and providing green area that meet the needs of the academic community.
