A team of engineers from the Construction and Projects Department conducted an inspection visit to the central hall in the annex of the College of Petroleum and Gas Engineering, accompanied by Dr. Ramzy Syhood Hamied, the administrative assistant of the college. The visit aimed to agree on the requirements to elevate the hall to the level of a model hall, in addition to inspecting the annex corridors and the surroundings of the hall from the outside and taking the necessary notes to add them to the bill of quantities by the disclosure preparation committee.

 

Objectives of this visit:
• Assessing the current state of the central hall: Inspecting the infrastructure and current equipment, and identifying points that need improvement or renewal.
• Agreeing on requirements: Discussing technical and logistical needs to transform the hall into a model hall and identifying the materials and equipment required to achieve this goal.
• Inspecting the annex corridors and surroundings of the hall: Examining the corridors and the environment surrounding the hall to ensure the project's integration, and taking necessary notes to include them in the bill of quantities.
