The Department of Construction and Projects carried out comprehensive rehabilitation works for the roof of the printing press at the Technological University. The goal was to enhance and renew the infrastructure, ensure the building's safety, and make it sustainable in the long term. This project was executed with precision, using high-quality materials and skilled workers.
The works carried out in this project included:
- Rehabilitation of the Printing Press Roof: The process involved the precise removal of the old metal roof, carefully preparing the required materials, and ensuring no water leakage into the building.
- Preparation and Replacement of Water Drainage Gutters: The process included preparing the necessary materials to replace metal water drainage gutters with a new network. The gutters' levels were carefully adjusted and secured using metal brackets according to standard specifications.
- Installation of Plastic Pipes: The process involved preparing the necessary materials and labor for stretching, inspecting, and connecting plastic pipes with fittings and elbows. The pipes were installed with precision.
- Daily Cleaning: Daily cleaning was considered during the work period to ensure no residues for the next day.
The rehabilitation of the printing press roof at Technological University was completed with high quality. This project significantly enhanced the building's safety, and the works were executed according to standard specifications, adding substantial value to the university campus and improving its infrastructure.
