07 December 2023

Under the guidance and supervision of the esteemed Head of the Construction and Projects Department, the non-functioning central cooling system in the University President's Building was successfully dismantled by the Construction and Projects Department. This project was executed with precision, high professionalism, and the expertise of specialized labor.

The executed tasks in this project included:

  • The electrical connection between the central cooling system and the main connection panel located in the basement of the building was disconnected. The electrical wiring bundles were safely separated.
  •  The high-pressure and low-pressure three-phase gas compressor and its evaporator, condenser, and associated metal structure were lifted.
  •  The water pump, operating with a three-phase electric motor, was lifted and connected to the electric motor with its coil and mounted on an iron base.
  •  The water-cooling tower on the building's roof and the three-phase electric motor-driven fans were lifted and lowered to the ground using a crane.
  •  Water locks and cooling system water pipes were lifted.
  •  The pressure gauge and temperature gauge used in the system were removed.

Daily site cleaning was ensured during the work period, guaranteeing cleanliness and the absence of any work residues for the next day.
