The project to rehabilitate the Financial Affairs Department at the Technology University is a significant undertaking that involves various works and challenges. This project aims to improve and renovate the infrastructure of the Financial Affairs Department to meet modern needs and quality standards. In this article, we will look at the works carried out as part of this project and how they enhance the work environment and user comfort.

The executed works in this project included:

• Reconstruction of Department Bathrooms: Rebuilding and renewing the bathrooms, including removing and replacing ceramics and renewing the floors with Tar and salt-resistant cement.
• Optimized Water System: Installation of a new water network using P.P.R pipes, including hot and cold-water networks, to efficiently provide clean hot and cold water.
• Improved Lighting and Ventilation: Installation of electric exhaust fans, secondary ceiling lighting, and fans to enhance ventilation and lighting in bathrooms and the kitchen.
• Safety Devices Installation: Install a fire alarm system and firefighting systems to ensure the safety of the building and users.
• Surveillance and Security System Installation: Installation of a monitoring and security system to ensure the safety of the building and users.
• Interior Design Enhancement: Renewal and improvement of the interior design of the office, bathrooms, and corridors through the application of ceramics and the installation of modern mirrors, doors, and windows.
• Exterior Structure Improvement: Improvement of the external facade of the Financial Affairs Department, including the renewal of doors and windows and the application of new paint.
• Electrical and Cooling System Improvement: Install power outlets, air conditioning, and heating systems tailored to the department's needs.
• Additional Works Execution: Additional works included the installation of wooden and aluminum doors, metal shelves, informational boards, secondary ceilings, and mosaic floors.
• Daily Cleaning: Daily cleaning was considered during the work period to ensure no residues for the next day.

The rehabilitation of the Financial Affairs Department at the Technology University represents a significant investment in improving the work environment and providing modern and safe facilities for users. This project enhances efficiency, comfort, and safety within the department.
